Selkirk Clinic Recommended Action Items For Established Patients
Call your Primary Care Provider for the most up to date information about COVID19 testing or urgent care issues
Contact your Selkirk Care Team through the Athena Patient Portal for basic care questions or medication issues.
If you have a scheduled follow-up with a Selkirk provider and are symptomatic or have concerns, we may be able to offer a telephone visit to address your needs. This is a retail medicine, cash pay service. Please call our office for details.
TELEMEDICINE and continuity of care virtual visits ARE NOW AVAILABLE for established patients.
Selkirk clinic staff will address options regarding insurance eligibility and/or cash pay at time of scheduling.
Patients who have severe symptoms, such as difficulty breathing, should seek care immediately. Older patients and individuals who have underlying medical conditions or are immunocompromised should contact their primary care physician early in the course of even a mild illness.
