Selkirk Clinic Recommended Action Items For Established Patients

Call your Primary Care Provider for the most up to date information about COVID19 testing or urgent care issues. Proof of vaccination will be requested upon coming to clinic areas. Testing may be required for in person services and access to care team and clinical spaces.

Contact your Selkirk Care Team through the Athena Patient Portal for basic care questions or medication issues. We encourage telehealth visits for unvaccinated patients.

TELEMEDICINE and continuity of care virtual visits ARE NOW AVAILABLE for established patients. 

Selkirk clinic staff will address options regarding insurance eligibility and/or cash pay at time of scheduling. ​

Patients who have severe symptoms, such as difficulty breathing, should seek care immediately. Older patients and individuals who have underlying medical conditions or are immunocompromised should contact their primary care physician early in the course of even a mild illness.
