Jeff Emery, DO

Prevention Specialist

Dr. Emery was born and raised in the greater Portland, OR, area and graduated from Westmont College in 1994 with a bachelor's degree in chemistry. He went on to study medicine at the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, the founding school of osteopathic medicine located in Kirksville, MO.

After graduating from medical school in 1999 he moved back to Portland to complete three years of internship and residency in family medicine at Eastmoreland Hospital, where he served as chief resident during his final year of residency.

Following the completion of his residency in 2002 he came to Spokane, WA, where he served four years in the United States Air Force as a family physician at Fairchild Air Force Base. Upon completion of his military service, he entered private practice and served as a family physician for the next six years before deciding to focus his professional efforts in the area of preventative medicine with a special focus on combating dementia, cardiovascular disease and diabetes.


Dr. Emery uses advanced laboratory diagnostics to identify patients' hidden risks of future diseases such as dementia, heart attack, stroke and diabetes. He is passionate about developing individually specific treatment programs designed to go well beyond the ”standard-of-care,” that combat a patient's underlying risk factors of future disease and allows individuals to enjoy their optimal health for years to come.
